The master-planned community of Citrus Springs Village, located in the southwest area of Vero Beach, contains seven individual gated communities. These communities consist of a combination of single-family homes and villa homes (paired homes.) The Citrus Springs Master Homeowners Association (CSMHOA) manages the common amenities that are available to all residents of Citrus Springs.
Citrus Springs offers its residents an extensive collection of amenities including a community clubhouse, tennis courts, and of course a heated swimming pool that are available year-round. The clubhouse is equipped with, a well-equipped workout room, and a library. The clubhouse serves as a convenient venue for community activities such as aerobics, water aerobics, crafts, a book club, and a bridge club among other things. The community even offers its residents a dedicated community RV parking area.
Within Citrus Springs, there are 548 homesites, developed by a combination of quality local builders, within the seven communities. The neighborhood is bounded by 43rd Avenue to the west, 58th avenue to the east, Oslo Road to the south, and 5th Street SW to the north. The homes are arranged around a collection of lakes and canals which tend to attract an assortment of tropical birds. It is not uncommon to spot Sand-hill Cranes, Eagles, Osprey, Snowy Egrets, and Ibis strolling the grounds at Citrus Spring
