Community of Arbor Trace in Vero Beach
Arbor Trace is a gate-guarded and deed-restricted community located in Vero Beach, Florida. The upscale neighborhood is bordered to the South by Oslo Road and to the east by 43rd Avenue in the southeast area of Indian River County. The neighborhood is comprised of 147 single-family homes built around two lakes and 12 cul-de-sacs on a 72-acre site. The homes range in size from about 1800 square feet, up to about 4500 square feet of living area.
Old Growth Oak
Arbor Trace is distinguished from other neighborhoods by numerous stands of old-growth oak trees, palms, lush mature landscaping, and friendly neighbors. We pride ourselves in being a diversified neighborhood of young families and retirees.
This secluded neighborhood is within walking distance of a beautiful shopping plaza anchored by a Publix Supermarket, CVS pharmacy, a bank, and various additional shops and restaurants. Not far away is a modern central shopping district of Vero Beach including the Indian River Mall, AMC 24-screen theater, Home Depot, Target, and all the other stores you need in your daily travels.
In the opposite direction, it’s a quick trip to the Indian River Lagoon, beaches, and Oceanfront dining opportunities. This prime location toward the southern “Oslo Road” end of Vero Beach which is thought by many to be one of the key paths of progress for our town, especially with the proposed construction of a new exit ramp at Florida, Interstate 95.
